INT13, INT14는 Nesting을 위해 Step3-3과 Step5 수행. SW Priotization 하려면 STEP1 수행
PIE그룹에 속하는건 Nesting을 위해선 Step3과 Step5 수행. SWPriotization까지 하려면 전부 해야함
